Deliveries, Returns, refunds and rights of cancellation
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2.00pm on the same day once payment is received. Estimate delivery date 1-3 working days.
We will keep you fully updated by email (or you can login to your account on the website at any time to check the status of your order, www.ankhuk.co.uk).
- Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you upon delivery. Once goods have been signed for, you must notify us of any shortage, damage or fault as soon as is reasonably possible.
- If the goods have been received in good condition, the company does not accept any liability for damages caused to the product in subsequent transfers. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the product is redistributed in the same condition that it was received.
- Customers must not repackage the products for resale. Any resale must include the original packaging of products.
- Whilst we endeavour to meet delivery expectations, reputable couriers handle our deliveries and Ankh Pets Ltd is not liable for any costs, damages or losses resulting from failing to meet any delivery dates or times.
- Ankh Pets Ltd reserves the right to charge a handling and repackaging fee should the customer order products in error.
Cancellation of an order is only accepted before it has been processed and dispatched. Please contact us by telephone and confirm via email. Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellation is accepted.
- Ankh Pets Ltd reserves the right to cancel the purchase contract at any time before the delivery of goods.
Returns
The purchaser shall inspect all goods upon receipt and immediately notify Ankh Pets Ltd of any defects or damage. If goods are not declared damaged on receipt they must be returned in their original condition and the purchaser incurs the cost of return. Any returns must be arranged within 14 days of receiving the products.
- It will be your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery.
- Goods received damaged will be replaced or a credit note issued according to your wishes, including the cost of return postage, when we have received the item(s).
- Shipping cost is non-refundable and you are responsible to pay the delivery charges due for items returned for refund.
- We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for packaging/re-packaging, of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. We are entitled to recover all costs, loss, charges and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new.
